1/2 Head Iceberg Lettuce, shredded (approximately 4 cups)
1- 2 Ripe Tomatoes, cut into eighths
2 Stalks Celery, sliced
1/2 c. Swiss Cheese, cut into julienne Strips
1/2 c. Ham, cut into julienne Strips
1/4 c Green Spanish Olives, pitted
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Oregano, dried
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 c. Extra-Virgin Spanish Olive Oil
1/8 c. White Wine Vinegar
2 tsp Lemon Juice or juice of 1 Lemon
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 c. Romano, grated

In a large bowl, mix together lettuce, tomatoes, celery, cheese, ham, and olives.

Mix garlic, oregano, and Worcestershire in a bowl. Beat until smooth. Add olive oil, gradually beating to form an emulsion. Stir in vinegar and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Add dressing raptors salad and toss well. Add Romano and toss again.
