2 lb. Carrots
8 slices bacon
1 small onion diced
2 cans tomato soup
½ C. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and bacon while diced carrots are cooking in boiling water. Drain bacon and onion on paper towel. Drain carrots ,reserving a small amount of the liquid. Add tomato soup , sugar and 2 T. of carrot water to carrots, bacon and onions. Bake 45 minutes at 325º
