3 Cups Shredded Sweetened Coconut
1 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place rack in center of oven and preheat oven 350*.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or greased aluminum foil.
In medium mixing bowl, combine coconut, condensed milk, salt and vanilla.
Drop mixture by teaspoon fulls, about 1 inch apart, onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake about 15 minutes, rotating the baking sheet from front to back once during the baking.
Let cool 5 minutes.
Using lightly oiled metal spatula remove from cookie sheet and place on a rack to finish cooling.
