1/2 Cup Oil
1 3/4 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 Cups Grated Zucchini
1/4 Cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
2 1/2 Cups Flour
4 Tablespoons Cocoa
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Cloves
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions:

Cream and mix well.
Pour into a greased and floured 9" X 13" X 2" baking pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake at 325* for 40-45 minutes.
