4 Cups Shredded Sweet Potatoes
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
Cinnamon to taste
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1/2 Stick of Margarine

Medium Dish
6 Cups Shredded Sweet Potatoes
2 1/2 Cups Sugar
4 Eggs
Cinnamon to taste
1 1/2 Cans Evaporated Milk
3/4 Stick of Margarine

Large Dish
8 Cups Shredded Sweet Potatoes
3 Cups Sugar
6 Eggs
Cinnamon to taste
2 Can Evaporated Milk
1 Stick of Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all Ingredients in baking dish, mix well.
Bake at 350* for 1 1/2 hours or adjust for the smaller dishes.
Stir after first 45 minutes.
