3 Cups Sugar
3/4 Cup Margarine
2/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
1 - 7 ounce Jar Marshmallow Cream
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 -12 ounce Package Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Chopped Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, margarine and milk in heavy 2 1/2 quart sauce pan.
Bring to boil (rolling) stirring constantly.
Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat.
Stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat stir in chocolate chips until melted.
Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla.
Beat until well blended.
Pour in a 13" X 9" X 2" buttered cake pan.
Cool at room temperature.
