5 Pounds Potatoes (chopped 1" cubes)
Water
1 Can Evaporated Milk
2 cups whole Milk
4 Tablespoons Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cover potatoes with water in a large soup pot.
Cook over medium heat until fork tender, about 20 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add milk and butter.
Place back on medium heat and allow milk to bubble, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
