Portobello Mushroom Caps
Flour seasoned with Salt and Pepper
Eggs, beaten
Panko

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the mushroom caps about an ½ inch thick. Dredge in the seasoned flour, then in the beaten eggs and then in the panko. Dip in the egg again and back in the panko. Fry in heated oil until golden.

These will keep in a warmed oven until ready to serve.

Serve with Garlic Aioli or Mayo with garlic, shallots, capers, lemon salt & pepper.
