Graham Cracker Crust

1 1/2 C. Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 C Butter, melted
1/2 C. Sugar
1/4 t. Cinnamon

Blend together and spread in the bottom of a Spring form pan
 

Cream Cheese Filling

24 oz. Cream Cheese
1 T. Vanilla
4 Eggs
1 C. Sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a stand mixer at medium speed, blend all ingredients together for 20 minutes. Pour over the crust and bake for 30 minutes. Cool.
 

Sour Cream Layer

1 C Sour Cream
1 t. Vanilla
2 T. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Pour over cooled cake. Return to preheated oven for 7 minutes.
 

Frozen Berry Topping


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 large package of frozen berries of your choice.
1/4 C. Cold Water
1 T. Cornstarch
Sugar to taste

Directions:
Defrost the berries, reserving the juice. Heat the juice to boiling, add sugar if needed. Add the dissolved cornstarch. Stir until thickened. Add the berries and spread over the cooled cake which has been removed from the spring form pan. Refrigerate.
