3 Slices of Bacon, chopped
8 oz. Butter
2 T. Dijon Mustard
1½ t. Chile Powder
¼ t. Dried Basil
¼ t. Dried Thyme
½ t. Dried Oregano
1 t. Black Pepper
2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
2 T. Crab Boil
½ t. Tabasco
1½ - 2 lbs Shrimp. raw with the shell

Preheat the oven to 325 º. Fry bacon until translucent. Add butter and all other ingredients to the pan except the shrimp. Wait for the butter to melt. Place shrimp in a baking dish and pour the sauce over, Stir to coat.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring twice.

This is a fun and messy dish to eat. You must suck the sauce off the shells before peeling with your hands. Be sure to have some crusty bread to dip into the sauce. You can serve with a side of risotto, rice, pasta or a salad. Have plenty of napkins on hand and enjoy!
