10 oz canned chicken
1 oz grated parmesan cheese
1 large egg
Pizza toppings of choice: pepperoni, olives, onions, mushrooms, cheese, etc

Directions:
Directions:
Drain chicken, getting as much moisture out as possible. Spread chicken onto baking sheet. Bake 350 for 10 minutes dry out the chicken. Once done, remove and place in mixing bowl. Increase oven to 500. Add cheese and egg to chicken and mix. Pour mixture onto baking sheet and spread thin. (Parchment paper on top with rolling pin helps).
Bake 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven, add desired toppings and bake 6-10 minutes (watch toppings to determine when ready).
Remove from oven and cool a few minutes before slicing.
