ANY BREAD YOU WISH TO FREEZE

Directions:
Directions:
YOU SHOULD FREEZE THE FRESHEST BREAD YOU HAVE. IF YOU BAKED IT OR BOUGHT IT WARM, MAKE SURE YOU ALLOW IT TO COOL BEFORE FREEZING TO AVOID SOGGY BREAD OR MOLD. WRAP THE BREAD IN PLASTIC BAGS. THEN SEAL IT USING MASKING TAPE OR FREEZER TAPE. PLACE IT IN THE FREEZER. TO THAW YOUR FROZEN BREAD, TAKE IT OUT OF THE FREEZER AND LET IT COME TO ROOM TEMP ABOUT 3 TO 4 HOURS. TO SERVE HOT, WRAP YOUR BREAD IN PARCHMENT PAPER AND FOIL AND PLACE IN THE OVEN 400º FOR 3 TO 4 MIN TO RESTORE ITS CRISP TEXTURE.
