6 ears of corn...
1/4 cup mayonnaise...
3 T sour cream...
3 T chopped, fresh cilantro...
2 T hot pepper sauce...
Juice of one lime...
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped...
1/4 t chili powder...
1/2 cup finely grated cotija cheese....

Directions:
Directions:
Grill, steam or boil corn until tender...
Now combine all ingredients except the cheese in a small bowl...
Arrange the hot corn on a serving platter, cool 3 minutes....
Drizzle corn with mayonnaise mixture and turn to coat, now sprinkle with the cotija cheese...
Enjoy....
