1 C. Sugar
1 C. Brown Sugar
4 LG. Eggs
1 C. Oil
1 1/2 C. Self Rising Flour
1 tsp Vanilla
2 C Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
PreHeat oven to 350 º and lightly grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan.

Using a large whisk, beat the eggs well and then add the sugar and brown sugar and blend together.
Add the vanilla and then the flour and stir well. Add the pecans and stire.

Pour into prepared pan and bak for 30 min.
Cool slightly and cut into serving sizes.

This is really yummy and so easy! It is good served just like it comes out of the oven or topped with whipped cream!
