1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
4 oz. sharp-process American cheese (shredded)
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 T. milk
1 T. snipped chives
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Put cheeses in saucepan. Heat and stir over low heat until blended. Stir in wine, milk, chives and mustard. Serve in fondue pot. Add a little milk if it becomes too thick. Makes 1 2/3 c.
