1 yellow bell pepper
2.5 C chopped green tomatoes
1/3 C chopped red onion
1 T balsamic vinegar
1 t packed brown sugar
1/2 t salt
1/2 t green pepper sauce
1/4 t ground pepper
1 clove garlic chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Grill pepper until blackened. Place in plastic wrap for 5-10 minutes. Peel pepper and rinse under water. Remove stem and cut in half. Remove sees and chop. Combine with remaining ingredients. Cover and place in fridge for at least one hour.
