1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c Crisco
2 eggs
1 c boiling water
2 c All Bran cereal (I like to add a handful of raisins too)
2 c buttermilk
2 1/2 c flour
2 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the sugar and Crisco together. Add the eggs, beating well. In another bowl, pour the boiling water over the cereal. To the first mixture, stir in the buttermilk, then add the flour, baking soda and salt. Add the cereal. Fill in muffin tins that have cupcake liners in them. Can store the batter in the fridge for up to 6 weeks.
