3 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup soft butter
1 cup sugar
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade, defrosted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Sift flour and baking soda together in mixing bowl. Put eggs, butter, sugar and 1/2 cup lemonade into blender. Cover and blend. Use spatula, if necessary. Pour into dry ingredients; mix well. Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Brush hot cookies with remaining lemonade concentrate; sprinkle with sugar. Remove cookies to cooling rack.
