10 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 onion, chopped
3 carrots, grated
2 stalks of celery, sliced
1/4 c. margarine/butter
1 can evaporated milk/whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook all veggies in water, enough to cover
2. Boil then turn to simmer for 4-8 hours.
3. Add butter, milk, salt and pepper 10 minutes before serving.
4. Use immersion blender to make a puree consistency.
