3/4 c. butter, softened
1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
2 1/4 c. gluten free flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips

***My favorite brands of gluten free flours are Andrea's Gluten Free Flour and Target's Simply Balanced Gluten Free Flour

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Cream butter and sugar.
3. Add eggs and vanilla.
4. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
5. Stir in butter mixture until blended
6. Stir in chocolate chips.
7. Bake 6-8 minutes
