For the Brine:
2 cups water
1 bottle Dark beer
¼ cup Kosher salt
¼ cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Molasses
1 ½ cups ice

For the Chops:
6 Pork chops
6 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 teaspoons Black pepper
2 teaspoons Chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all Brine ingredients in large bowl. Stir well to dissolve all ingredients. Put pork chops in resealable plastic bag and pour brine over top. Refrigerate for 3-5 hours
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Combine garlic, chili powder and black pepper in bowl. Take the pork chops out of the bag and pat dry. Rub with garlic mixture. Place on grill and grill for 10-12 minutes per side (internal temperature reaches 165 F).
