1 whole chicken cut into pieces
1 container of veggie broth
1 onion chopped
several stalks of celery chopped
salt
pepper
1 package of small noodles
4 large carrots chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the chicken into pieces
Wash in water and put into a pan with onions, celery, carrots, salt and pepper, garlic and veggie broth.
Simmer (medium heat) for about I hour.
Take the chicken from the pan and take it off the bones and remove the skin
Chop the meat and return it to the pan.
Add 1/2 bag of small noodles and simmer until the noodles are cooked

Serve with Italian Bread and butter (or crackers)
