3 pounds small Brussel sprouts
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Wash and trim brussel sprouts. Cut each one in half, toss in olive oil. Place in a shallow pan and roast for 30 minutes.

In a medium sauce pan stir together the balsamic vinegar and the sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium low. Stirring occasionally, cook balsamic until reduced by half and slightly thickened. Drizzle over the roasted sprouts the sprinkle with cranberries.

Once the balsamic starts to thicken watch it closely as it will continue to thicken until its too thick and unuseable.
