1 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla or any flavoring you want
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup margarine
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Cream together the sugars, oil, margarine.
3. Add flavoring and eggs.
4. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt.
5. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar.
6. Bake for 12 minutes.
