2 cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Cloves
½ tsp Nutmeg
2 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Milk
½ cup Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Oil
1 Egg
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients. Mix well.Turn into large loaf pan or bundt pan.Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
