Asiago cheese bagel
2 Slices of muenster cheese
one egg
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut the bagel in half
2. Put one slice of muenster cheese on each side
3. Put in the toaster oven or oven on 425 degrees
4. Toast until the cheese is bubbly
5. While the bagel is toasting scramble one egg white (you can probably include the yolks I just don't like them)
6. Put the egg whites onto the bagel and boom egg sandwich
7(optional). If you're like my friend Amara you can add hot sauce
P.S. this pairs great with my greenbeans
