1 egg per person
1/2 teaspoon per person
1 pinch of salt per person
Flour (variable amount)
Almond milk (also variable)
2 Tbsp rainbow sprinkles per person

Directions:
Directions:
Step 0. Heat a griddle or flat frying pan to medium low temperature
Step 1. In medium bowl add eggs, sugar and salt. Whisk until well combined
Step 2. Begin to slowly add flour and whisk until you have a clump that has absorbed all liquid
Step 3. Slowly add almond milk and whisk until you have gaykes consistency (think thin batter like a crepe)
Step 4. Add in rainbow sprinkles to taste
Step 5. Melt earth balance or coconut oil on the hot griddle
Step 6. Pour batter to make a palm sized pancake. When the top has bubbles, flip. When the edges of the pancake flip up, they are done!

The initial pancake recipe was from my Dad's side of the family, I added the rainbow sprinkles and came up with the name because I am gay, my mom wrote up the recipe. This is a whole family endeavor.
