l c. water
2 T. cornstarch
2 T butter
1/2 c sugar
l tsp nutmeg
l/4 c brandy
l tsp real vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and stir them into a cup of boiling water.

Boil for 5 min. then add butter, brandy and vanilla.

Serve hot over bread pudding, mince pie or gingerbread.
