5-6 lb. round steak (sliced 1/8 inches thick)
1/2 soy sauce (can use lite)
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp hickory smoke flavored salt

Dip each piece in sauce and soak overnite for 12 to 24 hours turning a few times

Dry on racks with foil lined pan 170º to 180º turning at least once for 6 to 8 hours. Bend pieces and if white fiber pops out it is ready.
