4 large sliced thin onion
2 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
4 hard rolls or toast
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
in a saucepan cook large thin sliced oions in the butter till little browned add beef stock and worcester sauce .over low heat for 20 mins season with salt and pepper to taste .
sprinkle toast or rolls with grated parmesan chees place in oven on broil just for a few seconds till browned .pour soup ina bowls and cut toast or roll in small bits and lout toast on top of soup
