Directions:
Mix garlic, olive oil, tomato sauce, and red wine vinegar together by stirring in a large bowl. Season with basil, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Add the peeled shrimp to the bowl, and stir until evenly coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour, stirring once or twice in between. Preheat grill to medium heat. After the shrimp has marinated well, thread it onto a skewer, piercing once near the tail and once near the head. Discard the marinade. Lightly oil the grill grate. Let the shrimp cook on preheated grill for 3-4 minutes per side, until opaque. Serve with cocktail sauce. Enjoy!!

Personal Notes:
By 2010, I had experienced my share of loss. When I least expected it, "WOW!!!" Here it came again, Death. Having to go through losing another dear friend shut me down. No warning. No Sign. When my friend was found dead in his car and no one had a clue of how or why, I kept asking myself, "What happened to you?" No answer was given. No understanding of who could do something to such a sweet person. It just continued to make me colder and more confused inside! But WHY?
