6 to 8 Hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
1½ Shredded cheddar cheese
1 Cup frozen peas, defrosted
6 to 8 Slices of cooked bacon chopped
Ranch dressing, for drizzling

In a large trifle dish or serving vessel, layer lettuce, peppers, scallions, hard-boiled eggs, cheddar, peas, and bacon. Season with pepper and drizzle with ranch before serving.
