¾ cup margarine
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
¾ cup Robin Hood all purpose flour
¾ tsp. baking soda
2½ cups Quaker oats
1½ cups Baker's semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream first 6 ingredients together on medium speed of electric mixer until light and creamy. Combine flour and soda. Add to creamed mixture, beating on low speed until blended. Stir in oats and chocolate chips. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350ºF for 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden. Under bake for a chewy cookie. Bake longer for crisper cookies.
