1 pound hamburger or rotisserie chicken, cut into small pieces
1 onion, chopped or 1 Tbsp. dried minced onions
dash garlic powder
1 can kidney beans
1 can sliced stewed tomatoes
1 can vegetable soup (can be condensed or ready to serve)
1 can whole corn
1 can tomato soup
1 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup salsa
1 Tbsp. chili powder
corn chips
sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Brown hamburger, if using.
Then sauté onions or just use onion flakes.
Add all of ingredients in slow cooker.
It can be cooked on stove short amount of time 20-30 minutes or on slow in slow cooker all day.
It is a soup that is hard to mess up.
Serve over corn chips, add shredded cheese and sour cream.
Also great served over lettuce and served with tortilla chips to make a taco salad.

This soup is easy to make and I usually double it. I have a 6 quart slow cooker. Need large slow cooker if doubling.
Depending on type of soup used, you may have to reserve some of taco soup for later use to avoid overfilling pot.
