2 tbsp. melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sliced cranberries
grated rind of orange
2 tbsp. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add egg and other ingredients. Add cranberries last. Bake at 350 about an hour or until inserted toothpick in center of loaf comes out dry.
