1 cup Oreo baking crumbs
cup butter, melted
3 squares Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
cup sweetened condensed milk
cup toasted pecans, chopped
2 cups 2% milk
2 pkgs. Jello chocolate instant pudding, (4 cup servings)
2 cups Cool whip, thawed

Directions:
Combine baking crumbs and melted butter together and press in 8" square baking pan. Press firmly onto bottom and 1" up the sides of pan to form crust. Set aside. Mix chocolate and condensed milk until well blended and pour into crust. Sprinkle with pecans. Set aside. Pour milk into large bowl and add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes until well blended (mixture will be thick). Spoon 1 cups pudding over pecans in crust. Add of the whipped topping into remaining pudding. Stir with wire whisk until well blended. Spread over pudding layer in crust with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate 3 hours. Store leftover dessert in fridge.
