12 large mushrooms
1/3 cup diced onions
1/3 cup diced celery
2 T. butter or margarine
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Clean mushrooms and remove stems.Chop stems finely.
Cook chopped stems, onion, and celery in butter until tender but not browned.

Remove from heat, add crumbs, egg yolk, salt and pepper.

Place mushroom caps cavity side up in greased baking dish. Pile mushroom mixture into cavities and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350º 15 to 20 minutes or 450º 5 to 8 minutes.
