Tomato pate

Combine all Ingredients in a large pot and cook for 2 hours uncovered. Stir frequently. Remove Bay leaves and put sauce in hot jars and seal. Put sealed jars in hot water bath 10 min.
20 c of tomatoes
Use a food processor to chop the following
3 1/2 c onion
1 medium green pepper
4 stalks of celery
1 cup water

4 12 oz cans tomato paste
4 c. Water
1 T pepper
1 1/2 T oregano
1 heaping T Garlic Powder
3 T Salt
1/2 c sugar
5 Bay leaves
