14 oz package(about 50) caramels
⅓ c evaporated milk
1 package Yellow, White, or Chocolate Cake Mix
butter melted
⅓ cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped nuts optional
6 oz (1 cup) semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine in heavy saucepan first two(2) ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until caramels are melted. Keep warm.
Combine in a large bowl remaining ingredients, except for chocolate. By hand, stir until dough holds together. Dough may be soft and loose.
Press dough into prepared pan. Bake for six(6) minutes.
Sprinkle with chocolate over baked crust. Spread caramel mixture over all and crumble reserved dough over caramel mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool completely.
