Marina's Ricotta Cookies Recipe

5 Cups Flour (all-purpose flour)
4 eggs
cup oil
1-1/2 cup sugar
8 oz Whole Milk Ricotta
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Preheat oven at 350F

In a Large mixing bowl combine sugar and eggs beat till creamy add 5 cups flour mixing as you add each cup, add baking powder vanilla, and oil, then add ricotta mixing all ingredients well.

Cover cookie sheets with parchment paper, spoon out one teaspoon full for each cookie and bake till lightly golden.

GLAZE:

1 box confectionary sugar add milk one small teaspoon at a time to glaze. Optional top with sprinkles
