1-3/4 CUPS SUGAR
TEASPOOON SALT
TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
3 EGGS



YOU CAN ADD CRANBERRIES, OR MAKE YOUR
OWN CREATION.

PREHEAT OVEN AT 350F
IN A LARGE BOWL BEAT EGGS MIX FLOUR, SUGAR,
SALT AND BAKING POWDER, MIX TOGETHER WELL.
THEN POUR MIX ONTO A LIGHTLY DUSTED BAKING
BOARD, KNEAD DOUGH TILL IT IS SMOOTH AND NOT STICKY IF STICKY ADD FLOUR IN SMALL PORTIONS AND KNEAD, DIVIDE DOUGH IN TWO
PIECES SHAPE EACH IN LOAF SHAPE, BAKE TIL
LIGHTLY GOLDEN, REMOVE FROM OVEN TRANSFER
ONE LOAF AT A TIME ONTO CUTTING BOARD
CUTTING INTO SMALL WEDGES THEN RETURN THEM TO OVEN AND BAKING TILL GOLDEN.
