3 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
1 large green pepper
6 (14 oz.) cans tomatoes
6 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
c. parsley
c. chili powder
2 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1-3 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. MSG flavor enhancer

In a large kettle brown ground beef, onion and green pepper. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for at least 1 hour. Left overs freeze well!
