4 Tablespoons yeast
3 cups warm water
1/4 cup honey
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup dry milk powder
8 cups whole wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water with honey. Add eggs, butter, salt, milk powder and flour. Moisten well and let rest for 5 minutes.
Knead for 5-10 minutes. Add more flour, if needed. Divide into 3 loaves. Let rise in a warm oven for 20 minutes. Turn oven to 350 and bake for 30 minutes.
