2 eggs
1 cup herbed seasoned stuffing
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 (10 oz.)pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained

Directions:

Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients. Chill. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on greased pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350.

Can be frozen before baking. Remove desired amount and bake for 20-25 minutes.
