1 small can salmon, bone and skin removed, flaked
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup French fried onions
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8 or 9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix filling. Cover and refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Mixture will thicken.

Put filling in the unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes until set and golden brown. Good hot or cold.
