1 large can Chinese noodles
6 or 8 chicken breasts
2 cups celery, sliced diagonally
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped almonds
1 pkg. frozen petite peas
1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts: cut into medium-sized chunks. Mix chicken soup, mushroom soup, sour cream and mayonnaise for sauce. Layer all ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch casserole in order of 3/4 can Chinese noodles, chicken chunks, peas (separated, but not thawed), celery, remaining 1/4 can noodles, sauce (soups, sour cream and mayonnaise) and chopped almonds. Bake for 40 minutes at 325.
