2 lb. sliced squash
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 cup shredded carrots
1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onions for 5 minutes. Combine chicken soup and sour cream. Stir in carrots. Fold in drained squash and onion. Combine stuffing and butter; spread 1/2 of stuffing in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread vegetables and top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
