2lbs - Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
5 Large Potatoes
1 Can of Tomatoe Soup
1 C - Frozen vegetables
1 Tbsp - Milk
Tub of Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese spread

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel and cut Potatoes into large chunks
2. Boil Potatoes until brreaks apart by fork
3. Brown Ground beef unil no pink, drain grease
4. Mash pototoes and mix with Milk and Herb and garlic cream cheese
5. Mix Tomato soup and frozen vegetables with the Ground beef
6. Place ground beef mixture in a 8 qt cassrole dish
7. Top with Mashed potatoes
8. Cover with Grated cheese

Bake at 350C for 25 mins and broil cheese until lightly brown at end for a few mins
