1 pint grape tomatoes halved
1 yellow pepper seeded and chopped
1 14 oz can black beans rinsed
1/2 tsp grated lime zest
2 Tbsp seeded minced jalapeno peppers
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 ripe peeled Haas AVOCADOS, 1/2 INCH DICED

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk olive oil, lime juice, zest and spices.
Pour over vegetables except avocados.
Just before you serve, add the avocadoes and serve at room temperature.
