1 t. Worchester sauce
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. oil
2. t. apple cider vinegar or any but balsamic
1 T. minced garlic
2 T ketchup
2 T. brown sugar
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 425.
Mix all marinade ingrediants together and put in baggie. Add the chops and let sit for 30 hr. turning at least once. Place in baking dish reserving a little of the marinade for later. Add salt and pepper. Bake 10 min. Turn and use the marinade from the pan to coat. Bake 5. Min. Turn the oven to broil. Brush the chops with the remaning marinade.Broil 5 min or until the temperature reads 140 to 145. Should be carmalized.serve with vegetable or potato.
